She brings 20 years experience of navigating complex relationships with top leaders, creatives and adventurers, combined with two rigorous senior coaching diplomas and is a lively contributor to the Founder Coaching community.

Her Co-Founders are all in fast-moving and uncertain environments, and need to swiftly scale their skills to stay one step ahead of what their team, business and investors are demanding. She's good at helping Co-Founders learn rapidly from discomfort rather than avoiding it, and she brings a constructive yet challenging and unconventional style that suits diverse thinkers - working online and outdoors, diagramming, using objects and more.

A lifetime of working with startup Founders, senior stakeholders in global brands, A-list actors and extreme adventurers plus degrees in Physics from Oxford and Theatre from RADA give her a deep appreciation for performance under scrutiny and the frustrations of being a visionary when others don’t get it yet. She helps Co-Founders to get the multiplier effects when tricky relationships are worked through, hidden blockers are spotted and top teams work together effectively.

Based between London, UK and the French Alps, three fierce little daughters are Cat’s greatest teachers. Cat also works as a qualified small boat driver in ice and used to run the Post Office in Antarctica.
