FAQs
-
Coaching is a practice rooted in psychology and social sciences that seeks to enable the coachee to realise their potential for personal growth by addressing, and finding the solutions to the challenges they face. The fundamental premise is that each of us has the capability within us to navigate our perceived problems and these can be arrived at through active listening and powerful questioning by the coach.
Whilst coaching is different to therapy or mentoring and a coach will not give advice, coaching can be therapeutic and provide great clarity. Founder Coaches have a deep understanding of the founder journey and practice Founder Coaching, a specialism within business coaching, which includes business development and elements of Executive, Career and Life Coaching.
